Door & Frame Replacement
An existing narrow style door & window was replaced with an ADA compliant glass aluminium door & split window which provided more durability for this high traffic apartment complex door.
New Lock Installation On An Outside Gate
This gate provides access to a pool area within an apartment complex. The existing gate was in poor condition & needed a lock to restrict access to this area. The gate was squared & standalone access control was added.
Exit Device Installation
This gate at a large University was secured by a padlock & chain. A fire Marshall instructed that the gate needed to allow egress. An exit device was added to the gate.
