TGIFire Code Friday! Today we look at NFPA 80 (6.4.4): Fire exit hardware must be labeled for both fire and panic. The label must be permanently attached and must include serial number and manufacturer’s name and type of approval. Do NOT remove or paint over these labels! Labels are reviewed during inspection so do not overlook this.
