Tech Talk: Miguel

Who better to ask about locks than the knowledgeable technicians who work on them every day? This month, we’re featuring Miguel. He has over 11 years of experience and is always ready to tackle new projects.

Q: What is your favorite type of lock to repair/replace? Why?
A: My favorite type of lock is the X-10. It’s a secure lock and easy to work with. I’ve seen the model evolve and have been using it for many years.

Q: What advice would you give about home locks and why?
A: I recommend using Schlage products. They are high-quality and a trusted brand. They have many options available to meet your needs.

Q: What is the most memorable job you’ve completed? 
A: My most memorable jobs have been during safe work. Over the years, I’ve seen many types of safes – in homes, offices, and other businesses. Due to the sensitive nature of most safes’ content, clients are always thankful when we gain access to locked safes or make repairs to secure their safe.
